ACADEMY

Baoxiniao is committed to the continuous personal growth of its employees and partners. In 2003, Baoxiniao established the Baoxiniao School, continuously expanding the scope and content of training. On September 28, 2011, Baoxiniao established the BAOXINIAO ACADEMY, which has now evolved into a platform for internal staff and partners' continuing education and lifelong learning. As of 2023, the academy has held 279 classes, training over 10,000 person-times in various positions,making continuous contributions of high-quality talent to the company and the industry.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Baoxiniao actively organizing, participating in, and advocating various social environmental protection activities.

In 2007, starting from the estuary of the Yellow River, passing through 8 provinces and 13 cities, the company advocated for the protection of cultural heritage along the Yellow River.

Baoxiniao have actively engaged in the public welfare project "Ecological Protection of Alashan - Planting Trees with Compassion." Over the course of ten years, they have planted a total of 1000 mu (about 66.67 hectares) of trees, digging deep pits in sandy areas to plant green trees, sowing green hope in the desert.

The company established a team of environmental protection volunteers, participating in social environmental public welfare activities, and promoting Baoxiniao's green and environmental protection concept.
